Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order at no cost before it is processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of unavailable stock, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to you within 7 working days.
